Villa Profumo is a charming, old country property with private pool located on the slopes of Mount Etna, between the characteristic villages of Pedara and Trecastagni.
The villa is enclosed in a 3.000 m2 plot, surrounded by a lovely garden, the building is 300 m2 with a 200 m2 terrace.
Villa Profumo has been accurately restored by the owner, preserving its original character and charm with its architectural features, such as the original ceiling with wooden beams, lava stones and terracotta floor tiles.
The split-level interior includes a large, spectacular living area (the former millstone), a modern, well-equipped kitchen and four cozy double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom.
Outdoor the villa boasts large, well equipped terraces and a beautiful infinity saltwater pool and offers amazing views over the countryside and the sea.
The villa comes complete with wi-fi, sat-TV, Hi-Fi system, washing machine and dishwasher. Villa Profumo is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, in a quiet but not secluded place, where you can enjoy the atmosphere and the scents of the Sicilian countryside.
A short drive away there is the Etna Park with its nice villages and the renowned towns of the eastern coast such as Acireale, Aci Trezza, Aci Castello, Catania, Taormina and Syracuse.

A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.

Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30 (subject to arrangement).
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: kitchen gas, water, electricity, midweek cleaning (4 hrs.), final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, midweek change of bath towels, welcome basket (breakfast items), cot (if requested).
