This totally independent semi-detached home, enjoys an enviable position with direct access from the garden to the rocky beach and the sea, which is just 50 meters away. The enchanting coastal town of Fanusa with its crystal-clear waters and extraordinary rocky bottoms, rich in a great variety of marine life, is just a stone's throw away.
The newly built house offers a large garden shaded by pine trees, palm trees and Mediterranean plants, overlooking the sea.
An internal and an external winding staircase connect the two floors. The cozy interior is tastefully furnished and it consists of a living-room, a modern kitchen, three air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa is also equipped with wi-fi, 5 TVs, satellite receiver, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine.
Villa Siria boasts a strategic position, besides being a favorite destination with sea and snorkeling lovers, it is just a few kilometers away from Syracuse historic center, Noto and the nature reserves of Pantalica and Vendicari, which is also convenient for visiting Marzamemi, Portopalo di Capo Passero, Modica and Ragusa Ibla. Furthermore, Villa Siria is just a few minutes’ drive away from Arenella and Fontane Bianche’s beautiful sandy beaches.

A 30% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Minimum stay 7 nights; from 30/07 to 26/08 changeover day Saturday.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30 (to pay on arrival).
A security deposit of 300 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity up to 200 kwh per week, final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens, pool towels and bath towels, weekly setup of the bedrooms and bathrooms (3 hours), welcome basket (breakfast items).
City tax not included: according to the local law.
