Tenuta Viola is located in Massa Lubrense, a beautiful coastal town on the Sorrento Peninsula, one of the most famous tourist destinations in Italy thanks to its wonderful natural scenery. Stretching out into the Tyrrhenian Sea almost touching the island of Capri, it acts as a watershed between the gulfs of Naples and Salerno.
The villa covers an area of ??2 hectares, between the central square of Massa Lubrense and its tourist port.
The building dating back to 1769, Palazzo Guerra, stands on an area of ??800 square meters divided between porticoes, large halls, kitchens, bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a panoramic terrace with a 360° view.
Over 7.000 m2 are intended for a lush Mediterranean garden, parking, 2 swimming pools (one heated), a barbecue area and 2 outdoor fitness areas.
The villa is spread over two completely independent units and can accommodate up to 20 people and is composed as follows:

The location offers easy access to many local attractions, including beaches, restaurants, bars and shops. Furthermore, the villa is an ideal starting point for exploring the famous Amalfi Coast and its enchanting towns such as Positano, Amalfi, Ravello and also Sorrento.

No refund of deposit paid in case of cancellation
No refund of full reservation amount if cancellation is made 59 days before arrival or in case of no-show. Rental Rules:
Security deposit, €2000 charged to client’s credit card by the owner or paid in cash before/upon arrival and refunded two days after departure, subject to full inspection.
Check-in time: between 3.30 p.m. and 7.30 p.m.
Late arrival to be paid upon arrival: between 7.30 p.m. and 9.30 p.m. €100. After 9.30 p.m. €150
Check-out time: 9.30 a.m.
Minimum stay: 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day: Saturday. All other changeover days on request.
Final cleaning is included. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation tidy. Any cleaning that goes beyond the ordinary, laundry for stained upholstery, extraordinary maintenance will be charged on the security deposit.
The pool is open approximately mid-April to end-October. Pool heating if requested: € 75 per day. Please note that pool opening dates are subject to local weather conditions and pool maintenance requirements and that cooler months may not be suitable for swimming.
Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, personal liability, and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Services included in the price:
Water, electricity, final cleaning, change of bed linen every 3 days and daily change of towels if necessary.
The cleaning service is provided every day for 4 hours starting at the customer's choice between 8 and 11 in the morning.
The continental breakfast is provided every day with a 2 hours service starting at the customer's choice between 8 and 10 in the morning.
