Villa Carla is an elegant holiday home with swimming pool (open from 1 May to 31 October) and solarium immersed in the greenery just a few minutes from Sorrento city center.
The villa boasts a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Naples, it develops on two levels with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and it can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
The sleeping area is located downstairs and it consists of 3 bedrooms (2 of them with double beds, one with 2 single beds) and 1 full bathroom with shower and set of clean towels.
On the first floor we find the living room, interior kitchen and 1 further bathroom with shower.
The rooms respect high standard cleaning and sanitization treatment thanks to a specialized staff.

Rental rules:
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation and the final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.
Minimum stay: 5 nights
Check-in from 15:00 to 20:00. For arrivals after 20:00 will be requested a late arrival fee of 50,00 Euros to be paid upon check-in.
Checkout: Within 10:00am.
NOTE: the swimming pool is open from 1 May 31 October
Extra costs to pay in cash upon check-in:
Security damage deposit: € 800,00, it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damages.
Cleaning fee: 150 € per stay
City tax: € 4,00 per day, per person (from 18 years onwards)
