It develops on 3 stories, with a total of 12 sleeps, and each floor consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 or 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and living room, which makes this villa perfect for holidays with family and friends.
The exterior of the villa is amazing, it features a large garden that covers one side of the property with plenty of space for outdoor activities both for children and for adults.
The brand new pool can be heated for a fee. If you like to have the heating on, please ask for that at least 7 days before the check-in.
Next to the garden is a cozy patio with lots of seating and shade, ideal for a relaxing day out enjoying the open air.
The bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd floor have air conditioning to allow guests to keep cool even on the warmest days, no air conditioning on the ground floor, which is the coolest floor of the building, so no AC needed.
A beautiful view is always available even from inside thanks to the many, large windows which let natural light to come into the house.
