The main unit of the villa consists of 5 finely furnished bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 3 large living rooms and a very spacious equipped kitchen.

During the winter period lower night stays and different arrival days can be taken into consideration, rates will be on request.
A security deposit in cash of € 1.500,00 is required on arrival and that will be returned to clients on their departure if no damages in Villa.
City tax € 4,00 per Pax per night to be paid in cash on the spot. Not to be paid during the period November / March
