Comprising three independent residences—the estate offers a distinctive setting for families and groups seeking privacy, relaxation and authentic Tuscan living.
Traditional stone walls, exposed wooden beams, terracotta floors and natural materials blend with designer furnishings, rich colors and carefully selected details, creating refined interiors that celebrate the character of the region.

At the heart of the outdoor experience is the heated panoramic swimming pool overlooking the Tuscan hills, with a depth of 1.50–1.80 mt. and a poolside changing room with guest bathroom. Beautifully maintained gardens, shaded terraces and peaceful corners invite guests to unwind throughout the day.
A dedicated barbecue area and traditional wood-fired pizza oven provide the perfect setting for convivial evenings under the Chianti sky. Guests can also enjoy the estate's vegetable garden and fresh aromatic herbs, bringing authentic local flavours to outdoor dining.

The Residences
The Main Residence located in the heart of the estate, combining generous communal spaces with elegant, private sleeping quarters. Its nature-inspired interiors blend rustic Tuscan character with contemporary comfort.
• Lower floor: An intimate, evocative space inspired by nature.
• Ground floor: A spacious rustic-chic kitchen, living room, convivial dining area and guest bathroom.
• First floor: Two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and shower, plus a secluded junior suite with a double bed and en-suite bathroom featuring a shower and jacuzzi. A sofa bed can be added to the junior suite.

The Cottage 1: Comprises two independent apartments that are not internally connected, offering a flexible arrangement for families or groups.
• First apartment – Ground floor: One double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms with showers.
• Second apartment – Ground floor: Two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and shower; Upper floor: A fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and one twin bedroom with single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

The Wellness Cottage: A welcoming residence dedicated to comfort and well-being, it is arranged primarily on the ground floor, with an additional mezzanine.
• Ground floor: One independent double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower, plus a private wellness area with gym, sauna and shower.
• Mezzanine: One double sofa bed providing additional sleeping accommodation.
• Laundry: A separate room accessed from outside, equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
