Podere il Sogno is a magnificent property near the wonderful town of Pienza, very famous for its pecorino cheese. In The heart of Val D’Orcia one of most wonderful areas of Tuscany protected by the UNESCO heritage.

The villa is surrounded by large garden and offers different angles of real paradise which have been perfectly equipped by the owner in order to provide its guest an unforgettable Tuscan vacation.
There is a private swimming pool (18x4 mt. 1.40 mt depth), equipped with luxury sun lounges and a covered sofa. Next to the villa there is a covered porch equipped with garden furniture and a BBQ area for al fresco meals, the very welcoming owner are always at the guest’s disposal and can organize for them, cooking classes, real Tuscan dinner, yoga massage and other unforgettable experience.

The villa was recently renovated and owner was very careful in keep the real Tuscan atmosphere maintaining the original walls, wooden ceiling and cotto and oak floor, and at the same time used some modern and elegant furniture so guest can enjoy a very luxury and relaxing stay.

At the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen (stove, freezer fridge, dishwasher, toaster, mixer, American coffee machine, microwave oven, big fire palace with grill), a dining room with large wooden table for 12, located in fornt of a French door leading to a 30 sqm patio with a wonderful view. A little attic reached by a narrow staircase max 2 mts in hight and minimum 1,40 mt. It has a double French bed suitable for children.
The kitchen leads to a wonderful living area with a fireplace, pool table, from the lounge 3 steps takes to a double bedroom (bed can become two singles) with ensuite bathroom with shower.
The ground floor also features a second living area with fireplace, and elegant sofas, TV Sat. DVD and CD Player, this living lead to a second mall kitchen, and second double bedroom (can become two singles), with direct access to the garden and private bathroom with large shower 210x90 cm.

First Floor: It can either be accessed from inside or outside; Double bedroom with a round Jacuzzi tub 175 cm of diameter, and a bathroom with shower. Second bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower. Third bedroom suite with double bed a private bathroom with Jacuzzi. The villa has mosquito nets on windows, air conditioning and free wifi.
