Recently renovated and tastefully furnished, the villa blends rustic elegance with contemporary comfort. Wooden-beamed ceilings, antique furnishings, warm colours, and large windows create a bright and welcoming atmosphere. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and the property accommodates up to 10 guests in five double bedrooms arranged across two separate units that are not internally connected.

Surrounded by mature plants and beautiful countryside, the estate offers exceptional outdoor spaces for relaxation and entertainment.
The private swimming pool measures 12 x 6 metres, with a depth of approximately 1.40 metres, and enjoys lovely views of the surrounding landscape. On the roof of the winery, a four-person Jacuzzi provides a wonderful place to unwind while admiring the Tuscan countryside.
Guests can also enjoy a barbecue area with a traditional pizza oven, alongside a pergola with a dining table for 10, ideal for open-air breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. Additional facilities include a vegetable garden, football and volleyball court, and a children's play area.

Ground Floor
Extending over more than 200 square metres, the ground floor features three double bedrooms and three bathrooms, including a guest bathroom without a shower. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a sensory shower cabin and accessible features for guests with disabilities.
The spacious living area includes a fireplace, satellite TV, piano, and billiard table, which can also serve as a dining table for up to 10 guests. There is also a study, laundry area, and fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, wine cellars, espresso and American coffee machines, and an ice machine.
First Floor – Two Junior Suites
Accessible only from the outside via two staircases, the first floor offers two charming junior suites of approximately 50 square metres each. Both feature a double bedroom, private bathroom with shower, fireplace, and outdoor terrace with panoramic countryside views.
One suite also includes a kitchenette, dining table for four, refrigerator, espresso and American coffee machines, toaster, and orange juicer, providing additional independence and privacy.
