Nestled in the picturesque Chianti countryside, Villa Viburno is an elegant Tuscan retreat where traditional charm meets contemporary luxury, offering privacy, comfort and an exceptional connection with nature.
Beautifully restored, the villa preserves the character of a traditional Tuscan farmhouse, with exposed wooden beams, natural stone and terracotta floors, complemented by sophisticated furnishings, spacious interiors and abundant natural light.
The outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation and alfresco living. A panoramic swimming pool (4 × 11 m, depth 1.40 m) overlooks the surrounding hills, while the landscaped garden, elegant pergolas and panoramic terraces provide inviting settings for leisurely breakfasts, sunset aperitifs and dinners beneath the stars.
An independent annex dedicated to wellness features a private spa with sauna, Turkish bath, shower and relaxation area, offering a peaceful sanctuary in complete privacy. Beside it, a traditional wood-fired pizza oven invites guests to enjoy authentic Italian flavours and memorable evenings together.
The villa also features a pool lift to assist guests with reduced mobility in entering and exiting the swimming pool. An electric vehicle charging station is available in the Castle's parking area.

Ground Floor
The spacious living area features a welcoming lounge with fireplace and generous sofas, a second sitting room ideal for reading and relaxation, and an elegant dining room. The fully equipped kitchen has direct access to the outdoor spaces, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. This floor also includes a wardrobe area, an external laundry area and one junior suite with a private en-suite bathroom with shower.
Mezzanine Floor
One charming bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and shower offers a cosy and distinctive retreat between the ground and first floors.
First Floor
Two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower, provide comfortable and private accommodation. This floor also features an elegant sitting room and a dedicated games room for leisure and entertainment.
Upper Sleeping Area
The upper levels include three additional bedrooms, each individually styled and equipped with its own bathroom with shower, combining authentic Tuscan character with modern comfort.
