Perched on the historic Battisole hill, the property enjoys a spectacular panoramic position overlooking Lake Trasimeno, its three islands, the village of Monte del Lago, and the rolling countryside towards Tuscany. From sunrise to sunset, the ever-changing landscape provides an unforgettable backdrop.
The estate is designed for outdoor living and relaxation. At its heart is a spectacular 6 x 18 m panoramic infinity pool, 140 cm deep, appearing to merge with the horizon of Lake Trasimeno. The pool is temperature-controlled at approximately 20°C throughout the season.
Elegant poolside lounges, shaded pergolas, and covered dining areas provide beautiful spaces for relaxing, enjoying an aperitivo, or dining outdoors.
Guests can also enjoy a private tennis court, bocce court, jogging and walking trails, and a fully equipped gym located in the property's beautifully restored former hayloft.
