Villa la Rondine

Set on a gentle hillside surrounded by lush green countryside and silvery olive groves, Villa la Rondine offers a spectacular private retreat overlooking Lake Trasimeno. Just a 10-minute walk from the lakeside village of Torricella, the villa combines traditional Italian character with contemporary comfort, creating an elegant and welcoming home for up to 12 guests.

At the heart of the outdoor space is the magnificent 12-metre infinity pool, overlooking the valley and Lake Trasimeno. Its infinity edge creates the impression that the pool flows directly into the lake.
A panoramic outdoor whirlpool offers another peaceful place to unwind, while the elegant patio and outdoor dining area are perfect for long lunches and dinners beneath the open sky. As the sun sets, golden reflections spread across the lake, creating an exceptionally atmospheric setting for evening meals and gatherings.

The Villa
Spread across two main floors, a charming mezzanine, and a separate spa annex, Villa La Rondine is filled with natural light, beautiful materials, and carefully selected furnishings. Large windows and panoramic openings frame wonderful views of the countryside and lake throughout the property.
On the ground floor, an impressive antique wooden entrance door opens into a grand hall with a white marble staircase and elegant archway leading to the spacious living room. The room features comfortable sofas, a stone fireplace, and a 50-inch Smart TV.
The elegant dining room, also with a fireplace, provides a beautiful setting for shared meals. The spacious fully equipped masonry kitchen combines rustic charm with modern functionality and opens directly onto the outdoor dining terrace.
This floor also includes a bathroom with double sinks and hydromassage shower, a twin bedroom, and a laundry room with external access.

The first floor is dedicated to the sleeping accommodation and features four double bedrooms. Three have private en-suite bathrooms with showers, with one also offering a bathtub. A fourth double bedroom has access to a separate bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished and enjoy beautiful panoramic views.
A charming mezzanine with single beds provides additional sleeping space and is particularly suited to younger guests.

Private Spa
The separate spa annex offers year-round wellness and relaxation. Its heated indoor pool, surrounded by large glass windows, allows guests to enjoy panoramic views of the landscape in every season.
The spa is completed by hydromassage stations, a sauna, and two showers, creating a private wellness retreat where guests can relax after exploring the surrounding area or simply enjoy a quiet day at home.
