Balegia Apartment 2 is part of the new and exclusive Balegia Residence, enjoys a privileged position, just a short walk from the center of Lech and only a few steps away from the lifts to the slopes. The closet ski lift, Schlosskopf, is only a 1-minute walk away offering quick and easy access to the slopes.
The apartment has two bedrooms and can sleep four people. It reflects the alpine environment and fuss-free minimalist living, with a contemporary, luxurious style. The perfect retreat for relaxing in after a day on the slopes.
Both bedrooms have beautiful large double beds (which can also be split for convenience into twin beds), terrace access and TVs. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with separate shower and the second bedroom has an en-suite shower room.
Each bedroom has been tastefully designed with great attention to every detail, in perfect harmony with the alpine environment.
At the heart of the apartment you will find the open plan living and dining area. Features include a large plasma TV with big, sumptuous sofas. Floor to ceiling French windows create a wonderful space for sophisticated dining and entertaining friends.
Balegia Apartment 2 is the ideal winter base for a small family or group of friends looking for a week stay or weekend break in the mountains.
Finally, guests have access to a shared ski room with heated boot warmers.

A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 90 days prior to the arrival date.
