Balegia Penthouse is a beautiful apartment located within the luxury Balegia residence. Completed in 2018, this outstanding new penthouse apartment enjoys a prime position, strategically located near the heart of the charming village of Lech, which makes it the perfect choice for families and small groups of friends.
The exclusive shops and restaurants of Lech are just a short walk away and the nearest ski lift, the Schlosskopf chairlift, is only a minute' walk away, giving quick access to the slopes each morning.

The apartment is spacious and elegant, designed with contemporary alpine touches, it consists of four bedrooms and can sleep 8 people.

You enter the apartment into a central hallway. From here you will find the welcoming and imposing master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Designed and finished with the ultimate attention-to-detail, this bedroom is a true heaven of luxury. Enjoy a pre-dinner aperitif from its terrace admiring the amazing mountain landscape, or indulge in a post-ski detox in the private sauna, unwinding so that you’re ready for the following day's adventures.

There are two further double bedrooms, both beautifully lit and finished with carefully selected splashes of color and bold, luxurious fabrics giving them a warm and sophisticated feeling. Off the hallway, nestled in-between the two double bedrooms, you will find a homely bunk room, ideal for children but with room enough for two adults to share. All bedrooms in the penthouse benefit from wonderful en-suite bathrooms, TVs, and have the added value of the option to be made up as twins or doubles.

Moving through the hallway you will find the fabulous open plan living area. This space is characterized by modern design features such as the stunning light fixtures which stylishly hang above the generous dining table, seating up to eight. It is the perfect place to entertain and socialize.

There is a wonderful L-shaped sofa providing the perfect place to relax after a hard day on the mountain. Or step outside onto its spacious balcony to enjoy some magic moments with your friends or family, enjoying the fresh alpine air while watching the sun go down behind the majestic mountains.

The apartment comes complete with private laundry facilities. Guests also have access to a wonderful shared ski room with heated boot warmers.

The chalet is sold on a catered, self-catered, BnB and accommodation only basis.

When taken on a catered basis, the food is prepared in the professional kitchen area in the lower floor of the property and then served by the hosts in the comfort of your own apartment.

The chalet normally has a shared driving service from 8:30am – 1:00am when sold on a fully catered basis.
