Chalech L

Chalech L is a brand-new chalet, part of one of Lech’s most exclusive new developments, located just a 10-minute stroll to the center, and only a few minutes’ walk from the nearest ski lift.

This chalet develops on two floors, it consists of 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It is characterized by traditional alpine materials and craftsmanship with modern design and furnishings creating the ideal alpine ambience for families or groups of friends.

Entering the chalet through its main entrance you will find yourself on the top floor, which houses the apartment's spacious open plan kitchen, living, and dining room, with double height ceilings and large windows. From here you access the chalet's terrace where you can admire the magnificent views of the village and snowy mountains and forests beyond.

The focus of the living area is the open fireplace. The living area is embellished by the atmospheric lighting and the soft fabrics. The striking pendant lighting over the dining table creates a warm and glamorous feel, with the table comfortably seating eight people, ideal for long dinners with family or friends. The bright open plan kitchen overlooks the dining area.

Furthermore, on this floor is the first of four bedrooms. This large twin/double bedroom combines luxury fabrics and aged alpine wood, forming a space that is both stylish and relaxing. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with separate shower.

Through the stairs going down one level, you find the main bedroom floor. The first of the three bedrooms is the sumptuos master bedroom, classically decorated in natural green tones and soft, luxurious fabrics. This bedroom is very spacious with a reading area that includes an elegant armchair and ottoman, a desk area, a TV, large glass doors with access to the terrace and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and a sauna. The further two spacious bedrooms are both twin/double rooms and the same care and attention to detail has been taken with their design and decoration. One of them has a large en-suite bathroom with separate shower and the other has an en-suite shower room. Both bedrooms have desks, TVs and terrace access.

The chalet also has access to a luxurious shared swimming pool, tepidarium, gym and spa, shared with four other properties in the Chalech complex.
