Finca Elsa is a fabulous country villa situated in a picturesque sheltered valley just a short distance from the cultured and historic town of Pollensa

As soon as you enter the estate (that has ample private parking) you can breathe
the history of what once was a rural farmhouse, now thoroughly modernized and extended. Terracotta roof tiles, whitewashed walls, stone terraces, beautifully laid out garden, barbecue area, swimming pool… you`ve got it all here!

The property is surrounded by the pretty north Majorcan countryside, it’s immersed in a large, pretty garden with lush lawns, ancient olive trees, the perfect place to escape from the world and enjoy a relaxing holiday.

The downstairs living area is a pleasant, tranquil place with large cozy sofas to relax or watch your favourite program on the satellite TV.

You will find here all the traditional touches: terracotta floor tiles, wooden roof beams, thick stone walls, traditional fireplace as well as some interesting antiques dotted around the place.

The dining room has a large dining table and attractive rural Majorcan artefacts. The perfect place for an evening meal with family and friends.

The fully equipped kitchen is lovely too, featuring an `old world` style but with all the mod cons you need. There is a dishwasher here as well as a substantial larder containing a safe and washing machine.

There are two bedrooms on this level, one double with views out to the garden and a neighbouring bathroom, and one twin-bedded room, with its own bathroom.

Going up though the traditional stone staircase you reach the beautiful master en suite bedroom.

It`s absolutely amazing, particularly when the soft Mediterranean light streams in through the room-sized windows.

Outside Finca Elsa boasts ancient olive trees, the spacious garden and the swimming pool that has a stepped entrance for easy access.

There is a superb outdoor dining area situated beneath an attractive veranda, the perfect place to enjoy al fresco meals in the shade.

There is also a built-in charcoal barbecue complete with tables and chairs for enjoying a glass of wine admiring the sunsets over the mountains.
