Recently renovated from the 17th century Mallorcan style finca, Villa Guglielmo is a spacious and elegant property, elegantly decorated, with unique views on the surrounded vineyards in a 200 hectares of pure wild nature and all the modern amenities we are in the district of Llucmajor.

From outside Villa Guglielmo offer a big salted pool with Jacuzzi surrounded by a grass garden, the terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas, a spacious covered loggia equipped with table and chairs, for the summer dinners, and built-on sofas. On side a balinese bed ideal to have a rest after a beach day and a BBQ
The House is developed on two levels, entering inside a bright living room with large sliding glass windows to admire the space outside and have the direct access to the terrace, big sofas, TV and a fireplace, underfloor heating, several tables for a fast snack or dinners and a open fully equipped kitchen. Also a pool table is available for moments to play together.
Complete the house 10 charming and well appointed suites with air conditioning, TV, en suite bathroom , walk-in closet, hairdryer, safe, handmade linen, soft bathrobes and slippers, coffee and tea machines, in detail the Master Room the most spacious, with an Hollywood size bed and private terrace looking on the vineyards, four other bedrooms has a private terrace and king size bed. The remaining 5 bedroom has a king size bed.
Guest will appreciate the housekeeping service and the breakfast included n the price, it’s also possible to book a Chef service for lunch and dinners.
