Madre Mallorca is a fantastic town house located in Pollensa, with its 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a private heated swimming pool is able to accommodate up to 6 people.
This enchanting property is based in the heart of historical center of Pollensa, with its strategic position and its incomparable comfort, Madre Mallorca becomes one of the most high demanded property around this area.
On the ground floor coming from the street you will enter onto its open plan living room with a four glass doors fold away that will leads into the stone courtyard and its great pool, making a huge whole living space in the open air. On the same level you will also find a well equipped kitchen, a guest toilet and utility room which offers washing machine and tumble dryer.
The upper level it’s spread over two floor and offers three well decorated bedrooms all with king size beds and en-suite facilities. On the top floor you will also find a second lounging room with TV and easy access to the balcony garden with a finest view of Pollensa’s famous puig.
Further up from the second living area there is this lovely sunny roof terrace where from you can admire the marvelous view over the old town with terracotta rooftops while enjoying a swim or a refreshing drink.
The stylish furniture is a mix of modernity and tradition with its terracotta floors, wooden ceiling, white walls and stoned decorations giving the feel of ancient historical place but with all modern comforts for every needs.
All bedrooms feature air conditioning, a fast internet access throughout the whole property with connection for smart TV will allow you to stay always connected with the fastest signal as well as the additional satellite connection with English and German terrestrial channels.
Bar and restaurants are just around the corner while the famous beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vincent are only 5 minutes drive as the walking or cycling excursions in the stunning Serra de Tramuntana mountains that can be arranged easily.

A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation. The final balance is due within 60 days prior to the arrival date.
The minimum stay is 7 nights (from June to September with arrival only on Saturdays).

When booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of €2.20 per night per person.
Credit card details are required for the damage refundable deposit, the amount of which is property related and it will be put on hold 12 days prior to the arrival.
