This very chic and elegant Villa arises on a hilltop of Alcudia, an historical town on the north of Mallorca, facing the sea. All furnished with designer, minimalist furniture and top-class comforts, Modern Alcudia can easily be the perfect choice for your dream holiday whether you wish to go with your family or friends.
This fascinating property includes 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a private outdoor pool and can accommodate up to 6 people.
The ground level offers a huge living area of 250 m2 spread over two floors, one of the largest you’ll ever see as well as the private garage.
On the upper level you will find its fantastic fully equipped kitchen with adjoining living room and dining area from which you can access onto the outdoor terrace.
The Master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and a UK super king size bed, finely furnished all in white, it is bright and airy and has direct access to the terrace where you could enjoy your breakfast or just a morning coffee overlooking the Acudia’s bay.
The second and the third bedrooms are both well sized, with king sized beds and en-suite facilities offering views over the mountains with its enchanting pine and olive forests.
Modern Alcudia offers also a fitted laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, along with its massive storage room where you can leave your empty suitcases keeping your bedrooms nice and cleared.
The outdoor area of this fantastic Villa offers a private infinity pool all equipped with sun lounges, an outdoor dining area adjacent to the main dining room absorbed in a small Mediterranean garden which will keep you refreshed with its cooling mountain breeze scented with pines and herbs.
At only few minutes’ drive you will find Puerto Alcudia, a residential area which offers Alcanada Golf Course, one of the most scenic golf course of the island, the famous restaurant La Terrazza, where you will be able to taste seafood dishes perfectly cooked, and also there is a small supermarket with all the essentials for you to buy.

This wonderful island offers a lively nightlife and many historical and natural attractions to meet the needs of millions of tourists who crowd this island every year.
On the island there are stone villages, art galleries and music festivals, all surrounded by hills full of citrus groves.
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation. The final balance is due within 60 days prior to the arrival date.
The minimum stay is 7 nights (from June to September with arrival only on Saturdays).

Extra costs:
A booking fee of €70 will be charged on every booking.
When booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of €2.20 per night per person.
Credit card details are required for the damage refundable deposit, the amount of which is property related and it will be put on hold 12 days prior to the arrival.
