Inside, Villa Bernie is very spacious, it features a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen is open-plan, which is ideal for preparing delicious meals with family and friends. The sitting room is characterized by a contemporary style, with comfortable sofas and a 60” satellite TV. The furnishings and colors give this room a natural atmosphere, with the interior blending perfectly with the outdoor terrace and garden accessible through large sliding glass doors.
This luxury villa consists of 3 outstanding double ensuite bedrooms, all finished with natural materials, and it can accommodate up to 6 guests.
One bedroom is on the ground floor and has direct access to the garden while the other 2 bedrooms that share a lovely terrace are located upstairs. All the beds are super king size (180cms), ensuring the utmost comfort and two of the double beds can be made into twin beds.
Outside, the villa boasts a beautiful infinity pool (10 x 3.5 meters) with Roman steps, a large terrace equipped with lots of sun loungers and space to chill out, as well as a lawn to the side of the pool, and a lovely outdoor dining area, with a state-of-the-art gas barbecue which is perfect for al fresco dining.

A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
