Its unparalleled layout appears from the outside like a cubic composition of 3 separate blocks that makes all one big beautiful, super modern estate, which is able to accommodate up to 8 people comfortably.
Please note that certain aspects of this property are not suitable for small children or elderly people.

The living room features a fantastic open plan lounge, a lovely well equipped kitchen with dining area with the view over the world-famous Mediterranean lights. This level also offers a fantastic bedroom with en-suite facilities.
On the upper level there are also 3 more bedrooms, the wonderful master bedroom with en-suite bathroom featuring an oval shaped bath, and the other 2 offering balconies and a great view over the Tramuntana Mountains.
Villa Cub 1 offers also a utility room located on the lower level complete of washing machine and dryer as well as a TV room that features a ping pong table.
The outdoor area offers a lovely pool immersed into a stone wall, all equipped with sun beds and the best view over this magical scenery, a BBQ area is just outside the kitchen with outdoor dining facilities, the upper terrace, again equipped with sun beds, table and chairs for lovely al fresco meals, all with the best view over the mountains.

No refund of full reservation amount if cancellation is made 59 days before arrival or in case of no-show. Important information:
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
The minimum stay is 7 nights.
Check-in time is from 15:00; Checkout time is within 11:00.

- a booking fee of €70 will be charged on every booking
- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of €2.20 per night per person
- credit card details are required for the damage refundable deposit, the amount of which is property related and it will be put on hold 12 days prior to the arrival.
