Villa Cub 2 is a wonderful villa based in Puerto Pollensa, north Mallorca, it offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a private heated pool and can accommodate up to 10 people.
This fantastic estate is a perfect mix of traditional spanish architecture, modern furniture and fine touches throughout this beautiful estate.
Its tastefully interiors features a fantastic living room, large and airy, with white walls, wood roof beams, terracotta tiled floor, fire place, luxury sofas and easy chairs, brand-new flat screen Sat TV which offer a vast range of British channels as well as freeview tv channels. There is also a DVD player.
The dining room, again, large and bright, offers french windows which allows you to enjoy a fantastic dinner with the best view over the beautiful Mediterranean lights.
It has also easy access to the terrace, with its wooden deck, tables and chairs is the perfect place for an al fresco meal or just a refreshing drink.
The well equipped kitchen has been designed by a chef offering the best appliances and plenty of space for you to cook impressive meals overlooking the breathtaking views over the mountain around the property.
On the ground floor you will find a large double bedroom with shower room and a twin bedded room as well as a cloakroom and laundry room that features washing machine and plenty hanging space.
The other bedrooms are located on the upper floor: the large master bedroom features a four poster bed, a very big wardrobe and a fantastic en-suite bathroom as well as large windows which allows in natural lights to start your day in the best way possible.
The other three twin bedrooms can use the 2 more bathrooms in addition to the one in the master bedroom. A cot and high chair can also be provided if needed.
The outdoor area offers this good-size heated pool to swim in any weather, as well as high pressure poolside massage shower all complemented by sun beds, lounging seats and a BBQ facilities.
Villa Cub 2 also offers a lovely table tennis located downstairs, into the converted garage.
The closest beach is only 8 minutes walk while bar and restaurants are literally just around the corner, making this spectacular Villa the perfect place for your perfect holiday in Mallorca, either with your family or a group of friends, surely you will not be disappointed.

A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation. The final balance is due within 60 days prior to the arrival date.

A booking fee of 70 euros is applicable to all reservations

When booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of €2.20 per night per person.
Credit card details are required for the damage refundable deposit, the amount of which is property related and it will be put on hold 12 days prior to the arrival.
