Villa Felicita

Villa Felicita is located in a plot of 36.000m2 with a nice sea view of Porto Cristo, surrounded by fruit tree, palm trees Mediterranean plants an bushes, few minutes from Porto Cristo on the east side of the Island, close to the city of Manacor where to find all the services like bar restaurants and shops and great beaches.
The spaces outside are really generous, they includes the big grass garden, which hosts the swimming pool (it can be heated in the coolest periods), an outdoor shower, the terrace with sunbeds and parasols, for authentic relaxing moments a covered chill area with sofas. In addition three platforms yoga and a chipping/putting green available without extra costs inside the park.

By a path we arrive at the house, on two levels, a spacious covered terrace is equipped for dinning outside, a table with chairs and the barbecue, going inside an elegant and comfortable living room with sofas , TV and the fireplace to spend moments together, in the same space a reading room with a selection of books, for quiet moments in the comfy armchairs. In the next room the equipped kitchen with central island and access to the outdoor terrace.

Distributed on two floors, completed heated, the 8 double bedrooms, all with air conditioning, TV, en suite bathroom with walk in shower, two of them has a bathtub also, hi-fi equipment and comfortable double beds. The room are really spacious and bright thanks to the big glass window, 6 of them has a direct access to the private terrace with views of the country side and pool , 2 enjoy the garden access and the pool view.


Villa Felicità offers to its guests, the housekeeping service and the change of the linens, for stay over 10 nights (every 7 days) and a private parking.
