Villa Gracia

A perfect spot immersed in the oranges plantation Villa Gracia is located between the Biniaraix and Fornatlux , this elegant property surrounded by a very nice garden can accommodate 11 guests in a Main building plus two casitas and a studio.

The garden area hosts the salted pool 12x4 mt, a deck with sunbeds and umbrellas a balinese bed and a covered big terrace of the Main building is equipped with table and chairs for a dinner outside all together, and a second terrace with a special view of the valley.
The first dependence has a private terrace a patio and the BBQ, two double rooms and one bathrooms, a private kitchen, the living room with a fireplace and dining room.
The second dependance has a loggia with its dining table, one bedroom with bathoorm, the kitchen and a livng room.
The Studio is completely indipendent with a bedroom and a bed sofa, one bathroom.

In detail, the bedrooms has a modern taste, all on the ground floor, with ensuite bathroom, 4 with a double bed 160cm, 1 with a sofa bed 160cm, and 1 with a single bed.
Some has a direct access to the garden.


Just few steps we enter inside on of the two living rooms, in the main building, with sofas, tv a big fireplace where to spend time together and a dining area, in a separated room the fully equipped kitchen with a space where to prepare happy breakfasts.
