Villa Jordi is a brand new, single story, thoroughly modern villa that is built according to a high standard and tastefully furnished throughout.
It is located in Sa Pobla, not far from the northern coast of Mallorca and just a few minutes from the beautiful town of Pollensa.

Villa Jordi is just perfect for families or group of friends, it has 3 bedrooms providing the utmost comfort and luxury; the master bedroom has a double bed, while the other two have twin beds for a total of 6 sleeps. All are en suite and feature wall-mounted TVs.
The interior of Villa features a stunning open-plan lounge/dining area furnished with large charcoal-colored sofas and easy chairs. There is a large wall-mounted satellite TV on the wall and a DVD player too. You benefit from wi-fi throughout so you can easily keep in touch with the ‘real world’!
Huge French windows let in the soft Mediterranean light and the whole property is air conditioned with both hot and cold.
There is a fully equipped kitchen all sparkling white and easy to clean and it features the latest appliances including a large American-style fridge/freezer.
The villa is also fitted with a laundry room with a washing machine for your convenience. Solar heating provides the hot water and there is also an ample parking space.
You’ll discover a delightful covered terrace too, with fabulous views overlooking the mountains, the perfect place for an al fresco family breakfast.
Outside you’ll find a large wooden play-house in the garden and also a table tennis.
There is also the barbecue for some tasty home cooking outdoors you may wish to enjoy in the evenings.
And then there’s the private swimming pool (8m x 4m with rectangular shape), the pool is surrounded by delightful decking, luxury sun loungers and a gorgeous garden. The whole family will just love to cool off here when the midday sun is at its height.
