Villa Max is a beautiful property located just a short 10-minute walk from the cosmopolitan center of Port Pollensa with its lovely waterfront restaurants and sophisticated pavement cafes; while in about 3-minute walk you can reach the best stretch of Puerto Pollensa`s famous Pine-walk with its safe waters and sandy beach.
The scenic Boquer mountains provide a breathtaking backdrop to this outstanding property.
The villa is characterized by a modern style, it is spacious and bright and it enjoys fantastic 180-degree sea views.
On the first floor there is an entrance hall with an interior courtyard and four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
All the bedrooms have great views and have been furnished with simple yet elegant furniture and comfortable beds.
Upstairs we find a bright living room and access to a covered terrace with stunning views over the bay of Puerto Pollensa. There is also a dining room, a modern kitchen, fully equipped with all the useful appliances, and a guest bathroom.
The villa is surrounded by well-tended Mediterranean gardens.
Outside, there is a huge 12x5m swimming pool and a balcony ideal for al fresco dining in the evening or sun bathing during the day. By the way, if you prefer the sea the beach is only 450m away!
Finally, there is another villa next door that was designed by the same architect and can be considered the sister property of Villa Max.

Puerto Pollensa is a seaside resort with a lot to offer you and your family. There is something for everyone. The resort is well known for being family friendly and is home to several cyclist companies that rent nearly all year round. A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Minimum stay: 7 nights, changeover day Saturday.
Check-in time is from 16:00; Checkout time is within 10:00.

- a booking fee of €70 will be charged on every booking
- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of €2.20 per night per person
- a security deposit is required when renting this property
- For cot rentals no bedding is provided - clients are expected to bring their child's own bedding for the duration of their stay.
