Villa Vincent is a charming property located in the north Mallorcan countryside, in a tranquil residential area just a few-minute drive from Pollensa town, and is close to the 9-hole Pollensa Golf Course.
The villa has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
It features a traditional rural style though it has been thoroughly modernized to include a lovely private swimming pool.
The exterior facade is made of natural Mallorcan stone and terracotta tiles, and is located in a secluded environment with marvelous mountain views.

As soon as you enter the house, you will find the lovely sitting-dining room, which is spacious and relaxing, a mixture of modern and vintage finds.
The inside features white walls, a tiled floor, cozy sofas, coffee table, open fireplace, French windows leading out to the terrace and gardens.
Of course, the villa offers all the modern comforts such as: large satellite TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi and, air conditioning, etc.
Amble through the lounge and enter into the attractive dining area. Here you`ll find a large dining table where you can all come together for a meal.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances (hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, washing machine); the wooden storage areas a recognition of a more elegant, rustic life.
The bedrooms are beautifully decorated, all with elegant en-suite bathrooms. They are all bright and sunny allowing the soft Mediterranean light to shine through.
Bedroom 1 is double, whereas bedrooms 2 and 3 both feature twin beds.
The exterior of the villa is gorgeous. There is a spacious covered terrace ideal for al fresco dining. The villa also has barbecue facilities.
The large swimming pool (8 m x 4 m x 1.3m approximately) is in a lovely sheltered spot surrounded by wooden deck and lush green lawns. Illuminated at night, it looks fabulous.
The gardens are full of mature trees and shrubs such as bougainvillea, and the views towards the mountains are outstanding.

Neighborhood and surroundings
Sa Pobla is an attractive little town situated not far from the coast in the north of Mallorca.
Small pretty streets, traditional Mallorcan shops selling mouthwateringly fresh local produce and local crafts, and at the heart of it all the beautiful old quarter which gives Sa Pobla its special ambience.
It’s a wonderful place to amble round, stopping for a cafe con leche in one of the bars or cafes, or enjoying a tasty traditional Mallorcan meal in one of the town’s family-run restaurants.
One of the best things about Sa Pobla is its splendid location with everything within easy reach of the town, and as further plus it is very well served by the public transport.
There is the beautiful countryside to be explored in the vicinity, and being near to the coast, you can visit the delightful beaches to the north of the town.
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Minimum stay: 7 nights, changeover day Saturday.
Check-in time is from 16:00; Checkout time is within 10:00.

- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of €2.20 per night per person
- a security deposit of 500 euros is required when renting this property

- For cot rentals no bedding is provided - clients are expected to bring their child's own bedding for the duration of their stay.
