Witty house is a wonderful apartment located in the heart of Pollensa, at minutes walk from the old town with all the amenities and tourist attractions at hand.

This fantastic holiday home has been recently renovated with taste and fine furniture marrying tradition and modernity perfectly along with a touch of luxury throughout.

It spreads over 3 levels, and with its 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a private pool, it can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably.

As you enter the property you will soon be welcomed by bright and airy open plan living room complete of a large L shape sofa, a wonderful wood burner, for the coolest months, as well as a TV, all framed into stone walls with a touch of wood throughout.

Moving on to the kitchen area you will find a well equipped brand new kitchen complete of all the modern appliances as well as a large wooden dining table with chairs with easy access to the outdoor area via folding glass doors.

Moving on to the first level, you will find 2 bedrooms, one features a bunk bed and en-suite facilities, while the other is a second master bedroom, again with en-suite bathroom.

On this very level, you will also find a large terrace equipped with a large dining table with chairs as well as an external kitchen equipped with BBQ for fantastic al fresco meals over the breathtaking view of the monastery on top of Puig de Maria and a lovely view over the pool below.

Moving on to the upper level, there are 2 more bedrooms both en-suite, with zip and lock beds which can be made as double or 2 twin according to your needs.

The pool size is 5m x 2m and is 1.2m deep approx. and it can be heated on request.
