A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.

The arrival time is from 15:00. Checkout: 11:30.
A damage deposit of € 2.000, has to be paid upon arrival and it will be returned at the end of the stay less any charge in case of damages.
