Built in an amphitheater location, is sharing a plot of 4.5 hectares with another separate villa.
The villa is luxurious and stylish, it extends on an area of 430 sqm, it develops on two levels and it offers an open space living room, kitchen, 3 master bedrooms, 3 guest rooms, staff room, elegant furnishings.
In detail there are 2 master bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms; 1 bedroom with two single beds and en-suite bathroom; 2 guest rooms with two single beds each, en-suite bathroom and separate entrance; an outdoor studio with en-suite bathroom and 2 sofa beds.
The villa reflects the traditional mykonian architecture and it comes complete with a beautiful private pool, the perfect place for a luxury holiday in Mykonos.

A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.

No loud music, outside the predetermined hours of public quiet, by local authorities
No smoking allowed inside the property
Security / Damage Deposit: 1,500 €
The guests must ensure that the property is returned in a presentable state.
The villa's manager/owner reserves the right to reclaim any additional cleaning costs if the guests should not leave the property in the above-mentioned state.
Included in the rental price: 2 hours daily maid service, change of bath and pool towels daily, and change of linen twice weekly.
According to the latest Greek Law Regulations, an extra climate change resilient fee of 10 € per villa, per night is imposed on the residents.
This fee is not included in the villa rental fee and needs to be settled prior to check-out.
