The property consists of a main house which comprises 3 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a separate luxury guest house consisting of a sleeping/lounge area and ensuite bathroom, as well as a fully equipped state-of-the-art private gym.
In detail the main house features on the ground floor 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, a playroom and a single bedroom with shower and separate WC.
At the entrance level we find a living area, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a WC and fireplace.
The top floor is home to the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a walk-through dressing room.
Outside the villa boasts, the large private infinity pool equipped with sunbeds, which overlooks the beautiful Aegean Sea.
Outdoor amenities also include a barbecue and a shower, plus spacious dining and lounge shaded areas.

A security deposit of 1500,00 euros has to be paid in cash on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: security alarm system, remote control for the entrance gate, 12-hour Reception, concierge services, wake-up calls, twice daily housekeeping, turndown service, pool and garden care
