Villa Cobalt is a charming 4-bedroom property, which is part of a complex consisting of three independent vacation rentals.
The villa is 210 m2 and it enjoys a privileged position overlooking the bay of Kalafatis.
It blends perfectly with the surrounding landscape, with its white walls and stones that remind the typical Cyclades architecture.
The house develops on two levels; the ground level which is home to a light-filled living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with independent entrance and a bathroom, while the other three bedrooms and four bathrooms are located at the lower level.
The indoor spaces feature concrete floorings and a uniform white palette that is complemented by discrete details in black and blue. A few wooden and wicker details complete the natural atmosphere of the house.
All around the house, windows and glass doors are used to connect the interior to the terraces and offer different views of the landscape.
Outside the villa boasts a terrace with comfortable lounging / dining areas, an open-air kitchen and a gorgeous infinity pool, all oriented toward the seascape allowing guests to enjoy the amazing views over the Aegean Sea.
