Villa Demetra interiorly covers 210 square meters and spread on different levels, the entrance floor feature an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room (3 steps down) with TV and pool & sea views, indoor dining area (seating for 6), guest WC, direct access to the outdoor kitchenette, BBQ, bar, and dining area. On this level there are two bedrooms once with queen size bed and one with two singles, both have private shower room, TV, access to the outside area.
On the upper level there are two additional bedrooms still one queen size and one with two singles, both have private bathroom with shower.
The fifth bedroom is located on the lower floor with a separate entrance, and has a double bed, TV, private bathroom with shower.
