Villa Fabulous is a private property located on the hills in the northwestern part of Mykonos, in Fanari, 7 km from Mykonos town (Chora) and 4 km from Agios Stefanos beach.
Thanks to its privileged position you will enjoy breathtaking sunset views and over the islands of Delos, Rhenia, Naxos, Paros, Tinos and the Aegean Sea.
The villa is part of a luxury complex where there are other properties, all with private pool and all of them share a gym, a tennis court and a helipad.
Villa fabulous has 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms for a total of 16 sleeps.
In detail on the lower level we find 3 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, independent access 70sq.m each with private balcony all with amazing sea view.
On the ground floor there are 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, the pool area, bar, sun lounges, hammocks, sunbeds, BBQ, an outdoor dining area and a salon with table for 14 guests.
Finally, on the upper level we find other 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bedrooms.
Villa fabulous offers all kind of amenities such as: a private infinity pool, shaded outdoor dining and living areas, Wi-Fi, AC, Sat TV, etc. and it is ideal for large families or groups of friends.

Fanari Mykonos
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Minimum stay: 4 nights; 5 nights in July and August.
Check-in time is from 15:00; Checkout time is within 12:00.
A security deposit of 1.500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
