No refund of deposit paid in case of cancellation
No refund of full reservation amount if cancellation is made 59 days before arrival or in case of no-show. Rental Roles:

Security Deposit: EUR 7,000 should be paid to the owner’s bank account via a wire transfer until 30 days before arrival.
