Zen Villa is a luxury property located above a small sandy beach that is only 70 meters away in Kalo Livadi area.
It is characterised by a mix of traditional and modern design and is ideal for a relaxing holiday.
The villa can comfortably accommodate 8 people, with its 4 bedrooms and is perfect for large families or groups of friends. Furthermore, there is the possibility to accommodate a ninth guest that can sleep in a sofa bed.
The interior is cosy and tastefully appointed, with elegant furniture and artwork and the large windows, make it very bright.
The main building consists of three double bedrooms with en suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room and dining area.
Additionally, there is detached suite with its own bathroom that offers a different kind of privacy, set apart from everyone else.
Outside the villa boasts a beautiful swimming pool with a terrace equipped with sun beds, a cozy lounge area where guests can enjoy the sun after a refreshing swim into the pool.

A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Minimum stay: 3-4 nights according to the season.
The arrival time is fixed, between 3.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. unless a different agreement has been made in writing. The departure time is within 10.00 a.m.
Included in the rental price: daily maid service, change of bath and linens twice a week, travel assistance, complimentary escort to the villa.
Extra cost to be paid on arrival:
A damage deposit of € 1.000, has to be paid upon arrival and it is refundable at the end of the stay. Children welcome (upon supervision); Pets considered.
