Villa Pegasus belongs to a complex of two independent villas that can be rented separately or together to accommodate larger groups.
This stylish estate is located at the southern tip of the Antiparos, near the idyllic beach of Agios Sostis and an easy stroll from two pebble beaches.
The villa has 9 bedrooms and it can accommodate up to 18 guests.
The interior features an eclectic fusion of classic design, typical local ornaments and ethnic pieces, perfectly blended. The living areas are bright and airy, accentuated by colorful works of art.
Every room has access to a terrace with amazing views of the landscape and the sea. The bedrooms are intimate and cozy, furnished and upholstered to convey a country-chic flair that creates an ultimately relaxing atmosphere.
In detail, on the ground level we find the living room with adjacent dining area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a guest WC.
The outdoor areas are vast, surrounded by beautiful well-maintained gardens with gorgeous sea views. Stone-built walls protect from the winds and the eyes of passers, the terrace features pergola shaded lounge and dining areas and an inviting swimming pool that overlooks the seascape.

A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Check-in time is from 15:00; Checkout time is within 10:00.
A security deposit (25% of the rental price) has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
Daily cleaning service, change of linen and towels twice a week, travel and concierge assistance, included in the rental price.
