Villa Dimitris is perfect for up to 10 guests, the villa boasts 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and is located on the hillside of Tzanes – Golden Beach, just an 8-minute drive from the expansive sands of Golden Beach.
Built in 2016, the villa spans three levels and is designed in traditional Cycladic style. The spacious interior features beautifully appointed bedrooms, while the large outdoor terrace offers a serene, relaxing ambiance
The ground floor features an open-plan living and dining area, highlighted by a plush sofa and a sleek white marble dining table with clear acrylic chairs, blending contemporary design with a hint of baroque elegance. Stunning bubble pendant chandeliers and large windows frame the gorgeous views. A fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the outdoor dining and BBQ area, plus a guest toilet, complete this level.
As you walk toward the bedrooms, you’ll find an en-suite double bedroom, a spacious guest room with a double bed, and a second bright room with two single beds, sharing a shower bathroom. All rooms on the ground floor offer stunning sea views and easy access to the pool.
The upper floor features the master bedroom, which enjoys panoramic views and its own private balcony. On the lower level, there is another spacious bedroom with a double bed, a comfortable sofa, its own bathroom, and direct access to the pool area.
