Villa Morgan

Villa Morgan was built in 2015 and it reflects the typical Cycladic architectural style. The villa is located only 8-minute drive from the beautiful Golden Beach and offers an unparalleled view of the Aegean Sea and the nearby seashore

This 2-storey structure is 180m2, it is fully air-conditioned and is immersed in a verdant 2500m2 walled-in garden.

Outside there is an outdoor pergola-covered seating area, which includes a large dining marble table that seats up to 8 people and from here you can enjoy amazing views of the Aegean Sea. There is also a lovely plunge pool of 5.8×3.6 with panoramic view of the sea.

The villa is tastefully furnished, and consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a private parking area.

The ground floor is home to the living room, which has a sitting area with sofa, fireplace, satellite TV and a dining area. The kitchen, which is fully equipped and offers a large door opening towards the sea view.

The first bedroom has a 160×200 cm. double bed, closets and an en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom has a 160×200 cm. double bed, closets and a bathroom close to it.

Through an interior marble staircase, you reach the lower level and the other two bedrooms:

Both bedrooms have two single beds which can be can be connected to a double bed, and closets.

These bedrooms share a bathroom with a roomy shower. Here is also found a washing machine.

All bedrooms have a neutral tone decor offering a relaxing ambience.
