The rates are for 8 people, extra charge for additional person: € 85 per day.
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation; final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival. Minimum stay: 3 nights

A refundable deposit of € 1.000 is required upon arrival and it will be returned at the end of the stay less any charges in case of damage to the property.
