SCUBA DIVING AND SNORKELING
The Red Sea is one of the best destinations for diving and snorkeling.
This is due to the fact that there are plenty of colorful coral and exotic fish. In addition, the water temperature is always favorable and the visibility is excellent.
At the Dolphin Reef there is also a Diving Center which organizes dives in all the diving sites of Eilat.
Another interesting spot for diving and snorkeling is the Coral Beach Natural Reserve. This is Eilat’s coral reef and it is more than 1 km long.
UNDERWATER OBSERVATORY MARINE PARK
If you don’t like to swim but you want to observe the marine life and the coral under the Red Sea, visit the Underwater Observatory Marine Park. There you’ll find turtles, stingrays, and even a shark pool!
However, the main attraction is the Observatory itself, located in the middle of the sea at a depth of 12 meters. From there, you can discover the underwater world without getting wet!
EXCURSIONS IN THE NEGEV DESERT

It doesn’t take much: you just need to step outside the center of Eilat and the Negev Desert is there waiting for you!
You can explore it on a camel or an off-road vehicle. In any case, it hides several sites that are worth visiting. For example, the Timna Park where are the ancient King Solomon’s mine and numerous trekking paths.
One of the best things about the desert is the color. You will be amazed at how many shades of red, pink, yellow and orange exist! These colors change constantly, depending on the time of day and the composition of the terrain.
